EroMeOficial respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same.

If you believe that material available on our website infringes your copyright, you may file a Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) takedown notice by following the steps below.

1. Filing a DMCA complaint

To submit a valid DMCA notice, please send an email to: [email protected]

Your written notification must include the following information (as required under 17 U.S.C. § 512):

  1. Your full legal name, address, telephone number, and email address.
  2. A clear identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
  3. The exact URL or other specific location of the allegedly infringing material on EroMeOficial.
  4. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  5. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner.
  6. Your electronic or physical signature (typed full name is acceptable for email submissions).

Incomplete notices may be delayed or not processed.

2. Counter-notification

If you believe your content was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification including:

  1. Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
  2. The material that was removed and its prior location.
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed in error.
  4. A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the courts located in São Paulo, Brazil, and that you will accept service of process from the person who filed the DMCA complaint.
  5. Your electronic or physical signature.

Once a valid counter-notification is received, EroMeOficial may restore the removed content unless the original complainant initiates legal action within the time period required by law.

3. Repeat infringers

Users who repeatedly post infringing material may have their accounts suspended or permanently terminated in accordance with EroMeOficial’s Terms of Service.

4. Important note

Submitting a false claim or misrepresenting that material is infringing may result in legal liability.

Please ensure that you have a legitimate basis before filing a complaint.
